On such a trip, I had the opportunity to be a tourist in Guwahati in my own city. As a local tourist in disguise, I was wondering what I would learn or feel ANW. Since this trip was exclusively a culinary train, I knew that a lot would be eaten and learned. It was the first culinary trip to Jarnian in the north -east with the help of Chef Thomas Zakarias.

The first dinner was at Kashmiri Nath’s house in Guwahati. Kashmiri is a home chefs who prepare the asthmatic dishes. When he introduced one dish after another, he explained the use of elements in the dish of thought. Each dish was ready with fresh shrubs and spices and everyone was thinking about cooking techniques and tastes that were possible without the use of spices.
